North Coast Estate Law

You're booked. Thank you.

I'm looking forward to meeting you. Here's what happens next.

Before your Family Protection Audit

  1. Check your email.

Your confirmation from Calendly has your video link and a link to reschedule, up to 24 hours before your Audit.

  2. Watch for my welcome email.

Within one business day you'll get a welcome email from me with a short questionnaire and a secure place to upload any documents you already have. Please send it back at least 3 business days before your Audit, so I have time to review everything before we meet.

  3. Have a few things nearby.

No need to organize anything. Just gather what you can:

    • Any existing trust, will or estate planning documents, including every amendment
    • A recent mortgage or property tax statement for each property you own
    • A rough list of your accounts: bank, retirement, brokerage and life insurance
  4. Plan to join together.

If you have a spouse or partner, most of the decisions are ones you'll make as a couple, so plan to be on the call together.

  5. Read your Design Meeting Agreement.

It explains what your Audit covers and how your fee works. Read the agreement
