Bridget Burns

Attorney & Mother of 2

Estate planning can feel complicated, intimidating, or like something you can always put off until later. Bridget Burns believes it doesn’t have to be that way. At North Coast Estate Law, she helps individuals, families, professionals, and business owners make sense of their options and put a plan in place that protects the people and things that matter most.

Bridget’s work focuses on estate planning, trusts, probate, and asset protection. Whether you’re creating your first estate plan, updating an old one, protecting a growing business, or dealing with the loss of a loved one, she takes the time to understand your situation and explain what your options are in plain English. Her goal isn’t to make things more complicated—it’s to give you a clear plan and the confidence that you’re prepared for what comes next.

Before focusing her practice on estate planning and asset protection, Bridget spent years as a business litigator. That experience taught her how quickly unclear plans and overlooked details can turn into expensive disputes. Today, she uses that perspective to help clients plan ahead, protect their assets, and avoid problems before they happen.

Outside of the office, Bridget is a wife, mom, lifelong reader, and proud dog owner to Indy, the family’s terrier mix. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and getting outdoors whenever she can. She brings that same personal perspective to her work: estate planning isn’t just about documents and assets—it’s about people, families, and making sure the people you care about are taken care of.
